Take Care

A lot of us use it when we're saying goodbye, "See you next time. TAKE CARE."

But it feels like the most important part of this phrase is usually missing. Try this on for size, "See you next time. Take care OF YOURSELF." This feels like it has a bit more power behind it. It feels more personal, more sincere. It becomes a reminder that we all need care, especially from ourselves.

Given that most of us only have a precious few who will truly take care of us, it's largely up to us to provide care for ourselves.

So, to you my friend I say...take care of yourself. You're too important to too many people (including yourself) not to.
