In an Instant

We often say, "Things can change in an instant." One minute your this and the next your that.

The phrase typically has a negative tone to it.

Why can't it be an instant change in the positive direction?

Things often change for the better in an instant, but we're so conditioned to focus on the negative we tend not to see it.

Let's stop with that. Our situation is what we make of it.

Why not make every situation a positive, affirming, teachable moment? Sounds good to me.
