Fail Up
In a world where failure is a dirty word...where it doesn't seem to be an option anymore...where everyone seems to have the perfect life...with the perfect body...the perfect partner...the perfect job...the perfect vacation it feels hard to impossible to try new things (especially for us grown folk). The thought of failing feels too risky.
This of course is not the case. Failure provides first-rate learning opportunities. When we learn to treat failure as a chance to grow and to get better, we've learned how to fail up.
I'm nothing if not the sum total of all my failures.
