Breath is the foundation of life, yet we spend so little time focusing on it.

We tend to treat breathing like a set it and forget it gadget or process. Seems the foundation of life might deserve a bit more of our attention if we should like to maximize its benefits.

In addition to...oh you know...keeping us alive, breath grounds us, adjusts us, reanimates us, energizes us, focuses us.

When we give even just a bit more focus to the flow of our breath, the benefits are life-sustaining AND life-changing.
