Old vs NewJun 08, 2022
This week I'm virtually attending the Blackbaud Developers' Conference.
Today Dr. Prashanth Southekal was the morning keynote speaker. His talk was titled The One Key Success Anchor in Data and Analytics. Of all of the amazing technical information he shared about data and analytics best practices one of the things that had the biggest impact on me was a quote from Peter Drucker.
"If you want something new, you have to stop doing something old."
With the technology available to nonprofit organizations becoming more advanced and integrated cross-platform, it will be mission critical to embrace the new as you challenge yourself to slowly but regularly let go of the old.
Easier said than done eh?
