What People Want

one-person business

As a one-person business (OPB) it is important to understand what people want. I'm going to make this simple.

People want to:

  • Be heard
  • Be seen
  • Make a living
  • Take pride in their work
  • Feel peaceful
  • Love and be loved

What do you notice here? All of the wants, when you boil them down, are about one ultimate want - to connect. We all simply want to feel connection in both our professional and personal lives. In fact, as social creatures we are hardwired to connect. We actually need it.
