A while back I shared I was relearning to handstand. Well I also started juggling again.
What I learned as an adult that I didn't appreciate as a younger person is that juggling helps us to:
- Focus attention.
- Develop patience.
- Embrace mistakes.
- Get out of our head.
- Create a state of flow.
- Produce an air of play.
- Align body, mind, spirit.
- Encourage creative energy.
- Create a sense of accomplishment.
- Become better at managing - literally juggling - our busy life.
