just a thought

A while back I shared I was relearning to handstand. Well I also started juggling again.

What I learned as an adult that I didn't appreciate as a younger person is that juggling helps us to:

  1. Focus attention.
  2. Develop patience.
  3. Embrace mistakes.
  4. Get out of our head.
  5. Create a state of flow.
  6. Produce an air of play.
  7. Align body, mind, spirit.
  8. Encourage creative energy.
  9. Create a sense of accomplishment.
  10. Become better at managing - literally juggling - our busy life.
