Crazy or Comfortable
Our words matter.
The other day I said to someone, "I've been crazy busy."
After giving this some thought, I realized I wasn't crazy busy. I was comfortably busy.
This tiny word change brought a sense of calm to my work. Comfortably busy is less frenetic than crazy busy.
Our words - both shared and unshared - turn into our reality word by word.
